White Passion Villa

Bright and testefully decorated apartment in a villa of 100sqm with green garden and flowers. It is located in Tuscany in the famous Argentario's archipelago and it is about 300 meters walk from one of the most beautiful beach of Tuscany: Pozzarello Bay.

The apartment is located 1 km far from the city of Porto Santo Stefano which is the main port to reach Giglio Island.
Due to its location you can enjoy the calm and relax of the place, while remaining close to the town of Porto Santo Stefano.

Important Notes About The Amenities:

This is an Italian property specially suited for summer vacation.
For hygenical reasons, sheets and towels will NOT be provided and guests will need to bring their own from home.
We will only provide mattress and pillow covers upon your arrival.
Blankets are also available for the guests.

LOCATION:

The villa is located in Pozzarello area only 1 km far from the the famous city of Porto Santo Stefano; which is an exclusive destination for the Italian holidays and the main sea port to reach the famous Giglio Island and the other islands of the Tuscan archipelago (Giannutri and Montecristo Islands). 

Just 5 km far from Porto Ercole and Orbetello. 

The apartment is walking distance to the beach (only 300mt).
Pozzarello Beach provides private sandy beach shores with restaurant and coffee bars.
You will be able to rent daily or weekly your own sunbeds with umbrella.
There are also public beaches where you can bring your own beach stuff.

 

Upon request we will offer a pick-up transfer from Rome's airports for the cheapest fare.

GALLERY:

  • Short vacations accepted ! Minimum 4 nights stay.

  • Rental rate includes final cleaning, utilities and all the amenities.

  • Local Turistic Tax is already INCLUDED in the rental rate.

  • Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and it is flexible until 8:00 p.m. NO extra surcharge.

  • Check-out every day before 10:00 a.m. 

  • NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property!

  • Pets might be considered, please inquiry about it.

  • Deposit at confirmation: 20% of the total amount due by Bank Transfer or PayPal.

  • Balance is due 2 weeks before your arrival by Bank Transfer or Paypal. 

BOOKING PROCEDURES:

After your inquiry, if you're interested to book WhitePassionVilla , I will send you the "Reservation Form" by email. It contains all the information to finalize your reservation.
After your reservation has been done. I will forword you a booklet to print, it is full of useful information to enjoy your stay at WhitePassionVilla and it contains the information to arrive at the Villa!

CANCELLATION POLICES:

Booking cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival will receive a full 100% refund.

Booking cancelled at least 15 days before the arrival will receive a 50% refund.
