Sunrise Apartment is bright and 40 mq2 wide (about 430 sq2), it is located at seventh (7°) floor in a modern building with elevator.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people.

The apartment is composed of:

Entrance hall with hidden closet.

Fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs these are separated from the sleeping area.

Sleeping area with a double bed with orthopedic mattress, a large wardrobe and TV.

A newly renovated bathroom with shower.
 

The apartment is equipped with every comfort:

Elevator, air conditioning in the whole apartment, central heating, sheets, blankets and towels, unlimited wi-fi internet access, unlimited Italian phone calls, washing machine, TV with DVD player and its library, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, American and Espresso coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

From Leonardo Da Vinci Airport in Fiumicino:

Train Option 1:

The total cost to reach the apartment by train is € 8,00 per person.
Take the “Trenitalia Regionale Train” from Fiumicino Airport Station to Rome “Tuscolana Railway Station”. The ticket costs € 8,00 per person.
This train leaves everyday, every 20/30 minutes and the journey is about 40 minutes long. When you’re in Tuscolana Station you will be walking to the apartment. Via Mestre 4 is right outside the station!

Train Option 2:

The total cost to reach the apartment by train option 2 is € 15,50 per person. 

Take the “Trenitalia Train” called “Leonardo Express” from Fiumicino Airport to Rome “Termini Railway Station”. The ticket costs € 14,00 per person.
This train leaves everyday, every 30 minutes from 6:36 am to 11:36 pm. "Leonardo Express" is a direct train and it doesn’t stop.
The journey is about 32 minutes long. “Leonardo Express” will arrive in Termini in “Laziali Zone” of the station. 

When you’re in Termini take the Subway line A (Anagnina Direction).
To use the subway you just need the ATAC BIT ticket which costs € 1,50 per person.Get off in “Ponte Lungo” stop. It’s the 5th stop after Termini. When you get off the subway you’re in walking distance to our apartment. Walk all along Via Gela and you will arrive in Via Mestre 4.

• Check-in is preferred every day after 3:00 p.m. but pretty flexible following your travel schedule with
  NO extra surcharge.

• Check-out every day before 10:00 a.m. 

• Last minute discount: -10% (Reservation must be made either on the same week of arrival or during the previous week-end)

• NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property!

• Deposit at confirmation: 20% of the total amount due by Bank Transfer or PayPal.

• Balance is due in cash upon arrival.
