BlueClassicHome is a spacious apartment 100 mq2 wide (about 1080 sq2), it is located at the second floor  according to the road, in a modern brick-face building with elevator.

Right in front of the building there is a lovely communal garden, a nice place of recreation for local residents and for children.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Enjoy your stay in Rome like a Roman; our apartment is completely independent and perfect for everyone who wants to have a home-base to relax and live the City with our special Italian style ! 

This opportunity is a convenient alternative to the small hotel rooms, a real unique chance to combine money saving with an incomparable location, between typical restaurants and astonishing artistic beauties.

The apartment is composed of:

A large entrance hall and a long corridor leading to the rooms.

Fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs.

A master bedroom with a double bed with orthopedic mattress, a large wardrobe, dressing table and a dresser. A second bedroom with a single bed which according to your needs turns into a double bed with orthopedic mattress, a desk with a chair and a large wardrobe.

Large living room with a blue double bed sofa with orthopedic quality mattress, a table with 6 chairs.

A storage room.

A modern bathroom with shower. As a backdrop, all along the whole perimeter of the apartment there are beautiful balconies.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort:

Elevator, air conditioning in the large living room, central heating, sheets, blankets and towels, unlimited wi-fi internet access, unlimited Italian phone calls, washing machine, TV with DVD player and its library, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, American and Espresso coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Upon prior request we can provide you a baby cot.

LOCATION:

The location is very central and close to many historical sites that can be easily reached on foot.

BlueClassicHome is only 5 minutes walk to St. Peter's Basilica and from the famous "Sistine Chapel" and the Vatican City.

The apartment is located only few steps away to all the best transport hubs of the City.

 

In 2 minutes walk there is Via Gregorio VII° where you can find many main bus stops:

Line 916 leads to Corso Vittorio, Campo de 'Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Piazza Venezia.

Lines 881, 98 and 34 leading to the Tiber River, Castel Sant’Angel and Piazza Cavour.

Line 64 leads to: Corso Vittorio, Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Via Nazionale and Termini Station.

In a 5 minutes walk you can reach "San Pietro Station" which is part of the city railway connections. From there you can reach most of the whole city from north to south and the Roman coast in few minutes.

With a 10 minutes 982 bus ride you will reach the nearest Metro stop line A  called: ”Ottaviano - San Pietro”.

Distances with principal connections:

  • 6 km - Termini Station - reachable by bus number 64 in 20 minutes

  • In 30 km - Ciampino Airport G.B. Pastine (famous for its low cost flights)

  • In 25 km - Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci Airport

Near BlueClassicHome you will find: supermarkets opened 24 hours, the famous local market, banks, pharmacies, distinctive breakfast bars, pizzerias, restaurants and much more.

How to reach us:

From Leonardo Da Vinci Airport in Fiumicino:

 

Take the “Trenitalia Train” called “Leonardo Express” from Fiumicino Airport to Rome “Termini Railway Station”. 
The ticket costs € 14,00 per person.
This train leaves everyday, every 30/15 minutes from 6:38 am to 11:38 pm. "Leonardo Express" is a direct train and it doesn’t stop.
The journey is about 32 minutes long.
“Leonardo Express” will arrive in Termini in “Laziali Zone” of the station.
When you’re in Termini Station you can:

  • Take bus number 64 at Piazza dei Cinquecento.
    The bus ride costs € 1,50 per person using the ATAC BIT ticket.
    Get off at the end of the route at "San Pietro Station" stop.
    When you get off the bus you are at walking distance to BlueClassicHome apartment, go to Gregorio VII° Street.

  • You can also take the city train called "FR5" and get off at "San Pietro Station".The ticket costs € 1,00 per person.
    When you get out San Pietro Station you are at walking distance to BlueClassicHome apartment, go to Gregorio VII° Street.

From G.B. Pastine Airport of Rome Ciampino:
 

Take the ATRAL / COTRAL bus from Ciampino Airport to “Rome Metro Anagnina”. (Metro Line A main stop).

The ticket costs € 1,20 per person.
When you arrive to “Metro Anagnina” take the “Metro Line A ” and get off in Termini Station.

When you’re in Termini Station you can:

  • Take bus number 64 at Piazza dei Cinquecento.
    The bus ride costs € 1,50 per person using the ATAC BIT ticket.
    Get off at the end of the route at "San Pietro Station" stop.
    When you get off the bus you are at walking distance to BlueClassicHome apartment, go to Gregorio VII° Street.

  • You can also take the city train called "FR5" and get off at "San Pietro Station".The ticket costs € 1,00 per person.

If you’re flying: Ryanair, EasyJet or Wizz ask for the Terravision bus. 
This bus leaves from Ciampino Airport to Termini Railway Station!
It has high departure frequencies, in correspondence with flight arrival and departure.
Pick-up/Drop-off points:
Ciampino Airport: Outside Arrivals Hall.
Termini Station: Via Marsala, opposite the multi-storey car park.
From Termini take the metro to GreenSugarHome apartment!

By car:
 

BlueClassicHome apartment is located close to the Vatican City and Museums the area is called “Aurelio - Gregorio VII°”.
From highway A1 follow the motorway “Roma Nord”.
Take the “Grande Raccordo Anulare” GRA (the railway ring around the City) direction “Aurelia”.
Get off the Raccordo Anulare at exit number 1 - Aurelia.
From Aurelia follow the sign for the City Centre and the Vatican City.

 

Upon request we will offer a pick-up transfer from and to the airports for the cheapest fare. 

The driver will meet you at the airport terminal and lead you to GreenSugarHome apartment.
My transfer service is the best way to reach the apartment saving money and time.

  • Check-in is preferred every day after 3:00 p.m. but pretty flexible following your travel schedule with
    NO extra surcharge.

  • Check-out every day before 10:00 a.m. 

  • Last minute discount: -10% (Reservation must be made either on the same week of arrival or during the previous week-end)

  • NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property!

  • Deposit at confirmation: 20% of the total amount due by Bank Transfer or PayPal.

  • Balance is due in cash upon arrival.

After your reservation has been done. I will forword you 2 booklets to print, they are full of useful information to enjoy your stay at BlueClassicHome!

CANCELLATION POLICES:

Booking cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival will receive a full 100% refund.

Booking cancelled at least 15 days before the arrival will receive a 50% refund.
